Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mainly racing games such as FH4/FH5

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I'm looking to upgrade my current pc which has an i5-4460, nvidia gtx 960 2 gb vram, 8gb ddr3, asus h81m-k mobo and 1tb hdd. I'm looking for some advice on the setup i chose. Is it any good? I'm stuck between the i5-10400f and 11400f.

What is the maximum budget you can set? Is it exactly 500 euros?
