Budget (including currency): 19000 SEK(excl ssd), currently 18304 SEK (from 4070 price)

Country: Sweden

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

  • Some single-player story games like Jedi Survivor and Hogwarts Legacy
  • FPS games like Valorant and Apex Legends
  • Some game programming (in unity)
  • Maybe some Streaming or Recording in the future

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I will mostly play games on 1080p but maybe some on 1440p if FPS is good enough.

I've already sent a post and this is the specs but a little changed from the feedback. I wonder if anyone has more feedback on how to improve the specs.

GPU: 4070/7700xt/7800xt (I'll await for benchmarks)

Great build but id drop AM5 for LGA 1700 unless if OP is going to record and stream through AV1. QSV H.264 quality is better than VCN. Here's a rebuild of that looks like.
