Is there more than just that SSD? because 120GB isn't going to cut it. At least have a 500GB to go along with it. (1TB recommended)

Do you not like mechanical keyboards or just prefer membrane?

i have chosen that keyboard becase, i have used a laptop for most of my life and im very used to the low action keys, and not only  that i want it to be somewhat silent, i plan to be doing youtube vids and soon livestreaming. I will be using a yeti with pop filter.

Looks good, but I would change those:

PSU: http://amzn.to/1okvzlO

I 2nd the Gold-Rated PSU instead of bronze (especially with a build of this pricerange).

I see you are going to be doing Video production, so, 4770K is perfect, otherwise I would have reccomended the cheaper 4670K, and upgrading the SSD to 256.

Even as "just a boot drive" I personally have an issue with keeping a 256GB drive not filled. The main reason, I always actually end up putting my most commonly played games on my SSD as well, cutting load times and whatnot in half. (BF4 for example loads in seconds on a cheap "slow" ssd I got for my games, wheras it takes 2 minutes on a brand new WD Black). If you are going to be recording for youtube, the fewer items running from the same drive, the better (depending on record quality and all that.)

will be considering adding some more ssd's in the future. and the PSU is a bit late, i have already installed te PSU. but if i have to i will upgrade the PSU in the future if i need to.
