Hi everyone, I'm finally starting to build my first pc! Even though I've been learning about the subject while wavering between cracking or not for a few months now, I'd like to have the opinion of people who know a lot more about it than I do. My biggest concern is the compatibility of the various components (especially in terms of physical constraints and bios compatibility between MoBO and CPU). I'm looking for a configuration that allows me to be comfortable with most recent games, I don't need to have exceptional performance on them. If anyone could confirm that this configuration would work properly, I'd be reassured!

Thank you all and have a nice day!

Use localized pcp in your (low) country 🙂

- Overpriced cooler

- 3060 is a bad deal, 6700XT is significantly faster for not much more

- Better PSU

I would suggest that if you're buying CPU/GPU from the previous gen, look into the used market and get better value for your money.

other than that, please don't buy that HDD or any HDD for that matter. You can get a sata ssd for only 20 dollars more. HDDs make a ton of noise and, believe me, your ears will thank you once that constant buzzing is gone from your room.

5500 + 6950xt + 32gb 3600c18

cpu wise youll wanna set vcore to 1.4v with medium/no llc and multiplier to 47/48 on all cores

I assume youll wanna leave rams stock but if you are interested in actually leveraging the imc of cezanne and making up for the cache deficit you can opt for some crucial 3200c22 which will come with better micron ics, fclk capability on cezanne allows for 5000+ ddr4 in 1:1 fclk though you should be aiming for 4400-4600 so it isnt too much of a pain to oc and so rams arent gonna be too volatile
