Parts I will not be upgrading :

Ryzen 7 5700X

RX 6600, bought this cpu/gpu this week

Will be keeping 2x 8GB 3200mhz G.Skill ,  but if u tell me that the 3200mhz is not enough

I have a budget of 500 USD but would prefer to be well under it while still upgrading my parts

Parts I want to replace :

MSI B450 tomahawk

1 TB HDD,  I want a 1 TB m.2

PSU

Case

And I want 32GB of ram, currently I have 2x 8GB 3200mhz which I dont know if I should add to that or replace it for higher mhz ram

I am still using my CPU cooler that came with my Ryzen 5 3400G,should I replace it? Recommendation if I should please

I left out a detail,I am replacing these perfectly alright parts because I am helping my brother by giving him the parts I will be replacing.

no need to replace this. I say keep it and just update the bios

DEFINETLY replace this if you booting with it

Sure

Why not

I would add another 2 of identical sticks

I would swap it

Overall I would get this upgrade

With motherboard and no RAM

Update the bios and keep the board.

Find a M.2 SSD heatsink.  I'll use this one for example.
