This list comes to around 2k EUR. Do you all have any suggestions in terms of the list and do you think that a computer like this will last me over 5 years with no major upgrade?

it would depend entirely on what tasks you are doing 5 years from now and how consistent you want to keep the machine. provided you don;t change the tasks or expectations any computer can last indefinitely
