Which motherboard combo?

I just need a pc to watch videos on and I have 2 different combo options that are on the used market 

 

Pentium gold G6400 and gigabyte b560m

and

I3 7100 and gigabyte ga-110m

 

ive heard that the i3 7100 is more powerful but someone also said that the option 1 is better for future upgrades 

 

so which one?

first of all what country are you in? Because if these are new you could get better stuff.

It deepens on what graphics card you going to peer it up with ?

New Nvidia cards will run better on the b560m.

If you are going amd then your good with ether at the moment.

hmmm... OP won't be gaming, he would only be watching videos so the igpu would totally fine for it

also, mobos don't affect performance

Wouldn’t the b560 be better for upgrade path tho?

yes it would be and for now enough for watching videos too
