Samsung BIOS; Accessing Resisable BAR

I have been trying to access resizeable BAR in my Samsung Galaxy book flex 13.3 Bios. The option isn't found in the BIOS though it has UEFI enabled and should be accessible with an Intel processor. I am trying to do this because I have an eGPU with an MSI AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT OC gpu. Photos of the system specs and what I see in the BIOS are attached. Any help would be appreciated.

if your bios doesnt have it then it doesnt have it , most consumer grade laptops will have very limited bios options

Only updates from Samsung. trying anything else is likely going to brick the system or at the very least need a hard reset to try and get back to the official Samsung Bios.
