Hello, I'm planning to create a build for my future workstation/ Gaming PC further on in a couple months. My budget is currently $3000.00 and I wanted to know if the components I have listed are acceptable and worth spending the money on. My workstation is prior after all I'm going to go with video editing and I wanted substantial results.

I would swap out the SSHD for a HDD + SSD.

The 750W PSU will be totally fine, even if you overclock.

 

All in all very nice build.

Location?

 

The reason why I did not add SSD is because the budget would exced the limit and even though SSD are incredibly fast, I figured the hybrid drive would be a fair choice. The other reason is SSD do not come with much space and the money adds up.
