Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Every game possible

Other details: Im looking to build a computer that will last for a while. Looking for advice if any parts should be replaced. If I should add extra fans, change motherboard, ram, cooler etc. Also to make sure all the components fit and can be wired properly.

an arctic liquid freezer 280 will do better with a 7800X3D (the cu I would switch it to) and maybe get some lower latency ram.

that cpu is the best you can buy nowadays. Case you could upgrade to a lian li o11d evo which looks really good Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO ATX Mid Tower Case (PC-O11DEW) - PCPartPicker

And cpu cooler you can upgrade to an arctic liquid freezer ii 360 which performs really well ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 56.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (ACFRE00068A) - PCPartPicker

And then for fans you can get 2 of these 3 packs to fill up the rest of your case Phanteks PH-F120T30 67 CFM 120 mm Fans 3-Pack (PH-F120T30_BG_3P) - PCPartPicker (3 fans on the side, 3 on the bottom)

Are you spending for taxation purpose? @filpo build already hits it but id definitely swap the case for something like Lancool 216 by Lian Li.
