CHKDSK FINDS ERRORS EVERYTIME THE COMMAND IS USED

Recently my laptop was a little buggy and slower than usual , So I did a general disk cleanup , driver reinstallation and a chkdsk , which apparently found errors in the C drive (A SSD partitioned to 3 drives C,E,F the D drive is a HDD) , which it fixes when i run a chkdsk command

But then I realised that , even with consecutive runs , i.e I run a chkdsk C: /f /r /x (or) a chkdsk C: /f /r  (or) chkdsk C: /r (I mean i dont think it really matters :/) , it fixes errors everytime , even when i run the same command twice after successful reboots

 

I am not sure if my SSD is broken , coz the E and F partition comes out clean with a chkdsk command or should I  just reinstall windows ?

Try running dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth after chkdsk, if there's any errors it should clean them up, reinstall windows as a last resort

I'll try this , and if does not work , guess re installation is the way

sfc /scannow
chkdsk /f
Drivers (various sources)
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Goat

Goat?
That sounds new , currently running a dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth , coz i've tried everything else

None of them work  (it just finds some error like my Asian parents)

 

 I assume reinstalling windows is the only solution(ugh , pain)

 

Pretty informative though , I think a sfc/ OFFLOGFILE=<file path> can also be added to that

Good idea, i'll add that to my checklist thanks, sorry i couldn't be more help though, i know how much it sucks when your computer doesn't work properly

Hey , its fine , when its windows which is messing stuff up , there is nothing you can do , Did a reinstallation and the problem is fixed

I really hope it's not gonna pull a Lenovo Legion T530 on you (Had to do a reinstall every 4-6 months on mine before it finally shit itself to death)
