so im planig  a build for a pc the case is rackmountabole its 4u but is actullyh 3.9u is there any racks that are just 4 or 5 u so i can put it on rails

Why? This makes no sense. Why would a 4u server in a 4u rack need rails? Why would it even need to be in a rack?

so i wasgoign to have it mounted to my draws so it will be able to pulled out

So you want a rack case in a rack in a desk? That's getting to inception level stuff

 

You can buy bulk rack posts cut to size. I'd to that and mount those to the desk/whatever it is. It will take up less space and be cleaner than a whole rack.

lol i gusses i could get rack mounts for the desk lol
