USB ports disabled outside bios after enabling secure boot

Hello fine LLT forum people. I'm slowly but surely losing my mind.

Whenever I enable secure boot ALL my USB ports shut off after leaving BIOS.
I've tried:

  • everything from updating drivers and bios to verifying that all my drivers are signed.
  • reinstalling Win11 (although not a clean install, needed to keep programs and files).
  • verifying that my drives are using GPT.
  • resetting the TPM, enabling/disabling USB legacy support, tried clearing cmos and made doubly sure my BIOS is in UEFI mode.
  • unplugging everything from my PC before booting and re-plugging everything after the login screen came up
  • deleting the drivers and let windows reinstall the default drivers for my devices

I tried following every troubleshooting step I could find but so far no luck.

I was hoping someone here might have any idea what else I can try.

 

System Info:

OS: WIN 11

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

MOBO: B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
