Nvidia Driver and Planetside 2 problems

So I've been playing Planetside 2 for a little while now and I've only just been recently experiencing this issue. When I'm playing Ps2 my screen will sometimes go black and freeze and I'll get a notification on my desktop that says my Nvidia driver had stopped working and recovered. It's getting kind of annoying as it happens 2 to 3 times every time I play and sometimes doesn't recover. Can you offer any help/advice?

Did you try reinstalling your video card/Nvidia drivers?
