My PC has for the past few days kept crashing, it started out with only a few crashes here and there but turned into constans blue screens. At this point the computer will barely boot and only rarely gets to the sign in screen and then blacks out and dies. I've tried to trouble shoot the problem and ive managed to boot into windows safe mode. I don't know if the issue is hardware related or software since it's running in safe mode. Please help me 😞

It broke again. And it was as soon as I launched Days Gone, and before that it was working fine for like 2 days. Now it instantly freezes when it tries to boot windows and takes me to the winRE. I don't know what to do but here are all of the bluescreen error codes I've collected so far:

Unexpected kernel mode trap error.

Page fault in non paged area.

Kmode exception not handled.

Iqrl not less or equal.

It stayed running in safe mode for 20 minutes until i turned it off. I built it over a year ago and it's been working fine with rarely any blue screens.

Hardware:

Gigabyte GTX 1600 oc

AMD Ryzen 7 3700 x

Gskill tridentZ 16 GB

MSI b550 a pro

WD Blue SN550 NVMe SSD

Corsair tx650m

try reseating the ram and see if its stable , if not try it with a single ram stick installed only and see if that makes it stable

Also turn off docp if that’s on and see if it helps. That is known to cause instability.

If that’s the issue, you can try inputting the xmp timings and voltage manually. Sometimes that fixes the issue.

When the device blue screens next, can you also grab the stop code? That should help point you in the direction of what is causing the issue.
