amd graphics card

I have an amd 6800 series and I tried to download the amd operating system for that but when I try to download it and set it up it keeps saying it cannot open while an update is in progress 

I also have amd catalyst and it won't open when I click it, when I go to check for my updates I have none and I even scanned for some but nothing came up does anyone know how to fix this problem

You mean the amd driver?

 

Try the following steps:

1. Download latest amd radeon/catalyst driver
2. Download DDU. Link to Download - https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
3. Reboot windows into safe mode, and run DDU to uninstall amd radeon/catalyst drivers.
4. DIsconnect from internet and Reboot
5. Install amd catalyst driver
6. Reconnect to internet.

Make sure there are no pending Windows 10/11 updates. Otherwise, make sure to complete them and reboot before attempting to install the latest driver again.
