I need help finding a full height gpu bracket

Your best bet is probably contacting the manufacturer or checking 3d model repositories like thingiverse and printables to see if someone modeled one for 3d printing.

Theres a hardware store especial approach: an adjustable table leg and felt pads for chair legs. Any decent hardware store should have some in stock. Usually comes with the adjustment foot. If the adjustment is not enough, you can always swap out the included foot with a bolt in the correct thread size.
If you are lucky, you might even need the extra bolt. But that depends what GPU you are upgrading to.
