Personally I would update your boards bios, add a Ryzen 7 5700X, cpu cooler, 32GB of matching RAM and a 120mm fan to the rear of your existing case. You can always ebay your current cpu and RAM.

A significantly higher performance CPU is possible if one reuses the Ripjaws DDR4 memory and P400A case.

So ya gonna stream something that isnt games? Your PC is overkill for that purpose, keep it. You can easily stream desktop feeds via NVENC alone.

Budget (including currency): $1000 - $1250

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Premier Pro 1440p 60 fps footage, Photoshop, After Effects, Obs (Streaming/Recording 1440p 60fps), Pokemon TCG Live, Warzone 2, Fortnite.

I have 2 1440p 144Hz monitors.

Wanting a smaller PC to save some space not willing to keep ATX form factor. Giving my "Current Build" Parts that aren't transferring to my "New Build" to my fiance.

Any suggestions for the parts please.

The motherboard is overpriced. some cheaper options will do the job.

Also I think Intel will be better if you work on videos/streaming, as they have more cores.

Edit: just found out that ITX boards look pricey. My bad.

I simply changed it to Intel i5. Nothing much to do imo.
