dwm.exe random GPU Spikes

dwm.exe spikes my GPU 3D to 100% for a second at random times (doesn’t matter what I am doing)

I’ve tried everything (Formatting, undervolting the CPU, anti-virus full scan, every single possible thing that you can find on the internet and it is still happening)

 

I would like to get help as I am not an expert in these realms!

DWM is desktop window manager. I’m guessing some UI element is causing this. Try turning off all the appearance features and see if it still happens.

dmw.exe spikes my GPU 3D to 100% at random times (Doesn’t matter what I’m doing)

PC Specs: 
Geforce 1660 Super
Ryzen 5 3600
16 GB RAM
HDD 1TB
SSD 256GB

Before I formatted I did a full scan with Kaspersky and it found Trojan and I repaired it, until then I have formatted my PC 3-4 times.

Currently Windows is up-to-date all the drivers are updated, and I have undervolted the CPU.

And it is still happening.

Please help a fellow fallen soldier

Did that, it is still happening, I think it's a Windows Micro Stutter.

B450 Gaming Plus Max, and I haven’t updated BIOS since I got it.

Flash the latest Bios https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-GAMING-PLUS-MAX/support

Update the Chipset drivers https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b450

Your issues will be gone.

Updated BIOS, downloaded the chipset drivers, still got a spike while I was idle.

 

Although the spikes are pretty rare, when in-game, the game itself feels cloggy I have micro stutters.

Are other drivers updated (manually or with a tool like IoBit Driver Booster)?

 

Did you try running these commands in a cmd prompt with admin rights, power shell, or Windows terminal?

Chkdsk c: /scan
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

SFC /scannow
