DOCP not working

Go to solution Solved by SpookyCitrus,

This could just be an incompatibility with the Ram modules you have and the board. If DOCP doesn't work and it's not a software/bios issue. It would mean the Ram you have is not compatible. Is it on the QVL list for the motherboard?

The only real way to test this would be to test an entirely different Ram kit in the system and see if it works with DOCP.

I bought my pc like 2 years ago and tried the docp but it just boot looped 3 times and i reset it back to default and didnt think of figuring it out at at the time but 3 days ago i did a drivers check adn saw that i had a bios update to do so I did that and thought the docp might have been bios issue so i tried it agin and still did the same thing. Between the 2  years ive had this pc i did replace the motherboard once becasue of a power outage but no other parts were damaged.

my parts are:
Ryzen 7 3700X
TUF Gaming B550-PLUS

G-Skill 8GBx2 3600MHz

The issue it it is running at 2133MHz and I wanna use the full potential, so could someone help me figure this out?

you might be right. I do not see it on the QVL list for the board.
