Clock problems (Motherboard battery help)

So, a few months back I had problems with the RTC, and I changed the battery on my Asus Maximus VI Hero and it fixed the clock problem, and as of yesterday it seems like the battery is dead again, or at least the clock is screwing up the same way (resetting to the time of the boot) Do anyone know a solution to this or is it just to keep changing those batteries? I bought the motherboard in October last year so it's pretty new too.
