So my current setup is in a Fractal North, 2 NF-A14's for front intake, 1 NF-A14 for exhaust rear roof and D-15S. I am considering adding a 120 exhaust fan at the rear but not sure if it would help. Here are my max temps when running cinebench/furmark.

put your current NF-A14 at the rear for exhaust and have the NH-D15S blow air into the rear exhaust and out.  Having one at top rear might be messing with your airflow.  Those are very similar temps that I had with my 9900k with my NH-D15. I undervolted my CPU and it dropped from 78-80c avg to around 60c avg during gaming.
