network credentials when connecting to pc on network

so my pc and laptop my network shearing advanced setting password is turned of on both

and sharing on pc and laptop have been aloud threw the firewall

but on the laptop going to network and choosing my pc it ask me to enter network credentials but i have never set any on my pc before

what can i do been googleing for like an hr and trying some things without any luck
