Hey i am a Guy from Denmark. I am Soon gonna build a PC but i have a problem! My problem is that i am looking for some Silent fans. My build are gonna be red and Black. So if enyone knows some  red or Black fans in 120mm then please tell me :D The max Price is 15 Euro (20,64 USD)

a 2 pack of corsair sp120's will be in your budget and perform well enough.

 

If you want silence you'll have to buy Gentle typhoons, or NB-eLoops and run them at ~600-800 RPM, or Noctuas at about ~400 RPM from PWM. (in my experience they have a low hum at 600 RPM, nearly inaudible but still there)

noiseblocker blacksilent pros fit your budget, if you want the best of the best however, Noctuas, E-loops or GT's are the way to go. don't get corsair fans they are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to common :P

Well they are so incredibly common, I think they make any build extreemly boring. Also they arnt even that good, the only reason people get them is because they think they are extreemly good fans.
