• No need for peripherals 
• Resolution 1080-1440, 60 FPS
• 1440p is not an absolute requirement, but would be nice

What makes a good 1080p PC is different than 1440p/4K, id definitely pick a lane, especially considering youre playing some of the most CPU intensive games out there.

I'd suggest this, pretty good at everything, GPU can tackle 1440p 60Hz

I take it you need a monitor included in the budget or am I wrong.
