GPU without a fan?

The use case is in a home (game) server - I just need a GPU because the ryzen 2600 I use as CPU doesn't have one onboard.
The card in question is a xfx 9600 gt with just the (dead) fan removed - ie the heatsink on and de-shrouded.
The case is, of course ventilated.

If you got enough airflow, then it should be fine. Also 9600GT has a max core temp of 105C. It'll shot down if it gets too hot, so don't worry.
