I have this ram http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cml16gx3m4a1600c9b and i have it clocked at 2000mhz, i was wondering if i could increase the voltage from 1.5 to 1.6/1.65 safely. I just want to know if the heat spreader is good enough to keep it from having temp problems at 1.6 or 1.65v. Thanks.

The spreader is fine. Overvolt away.
