Yes, you can use emulators like PCSX2 or PLAY! these emulators work on multiple platforms for later reference. Note: you might need at least 64gb or more for this if you want to emulate multiple games.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

To probably could but based on my Chromebook (Thanks School) don't, 32 gb of storage is not enough for anything also the processor on this thing, just dont

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced

Just buy an SD card. It can store PS2 games. As for the processor, uhm, emulate PS1 games instead.

the SD card is blocked on my chomebook thanks school again.

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15
