Rx 6400 problem

My Rx 6400 is just stuck on Dell startup screen, I've deleted old drivers with ddu and one time boot menu won't even open, it's just stuck on the text that says starting one time boot menu. On top of that I can't boot into safe mode. My old gpu was Nvidia but I used ddu to cleanse it

Doesn't matter, can it load into windows if you change back to your Nvidia GPU?
