Zooming software

Hello i am wondering if there is any software that you can set to zoom a specific screen region then allow you to click on it as though you were clicking on the region you are zoomed in on 

i am wanting this because i have recently gotten into old school runescape which is very tiny

LG 34" 21:9 1440p

1080ti EVGA FTW3

i7 8700k @ 5GHz 1.3V Delidded

Windows has a built-in magnifier, but it was difficult to use with multiple monitors while playing Runescape, see if that works for you.

Just do Win+[+] to zoom-in

Win+[-] to zoom-out

Win+Esc to exit.

 

(Windows 7 and up)
