Your choice of case has poor airflow, that psu is of poor quality, no need for an AIO for that cpu, don't pay extra for wifi if you don't need it and for RAM 32GB > 16GB. Try this.

Very slight compression can net us a 6700XT and a better case. But this bangs either way.
