Stoping Win update

Go to solution Solved by Marko_98,

Try this: https://github.com/abbodi1406/offlineinsiderenroll

Download it and run it as administrator. Then select Stop receiving Windows Insider builds by pressing 4 and enter. Then reboot as asked and you shouldn't be part of Windows Insider Program anymore.

By disabling Windows Update you didn't do anything. It will enable on its own eventually. Just press the link stay on Windows 10 for now on banner offering it and it won't update to Windows 11. You can also disable Secure Boot, then your PC "won't" be compatible and it won't offer you Windows 11 upgrade.

Well, the only thing you can do now is pause updates temporarily. It looks like you're part of Windows Insiders and that's why it started downloading it. Leave Windows Insider Program and it won't update to Windows 11.

Try to open the website in Edge and see if it works there. Also, disable all browser extensions because some could interfere with the work of the website.

You can go to Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Insider Program -> Stop Insider Preview Builds
