Budget (including currency): $USD 925

Country: United States, East Coast

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Minecraft with Mods & Shaders

High end singleplayer games like Resident Evil Village, DOOM Eternal, and Halo Collection (I'm fine with playing them on low settings to help performance).

Would like to have lots of options for emulators and passable specs for online team shooter games like TF2.

As far as programs go, I'd like to be able to run a couple of browsers simultaneously.

Support for a few programs from Adobe CC like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and Audition would be nice (however, I may just save for a separate rig or laptop for creativity)

As far as entertainment outside of video games, I would like to have high quality Twitch and YT viewing capabilities, but I am aware that may be more to the purview of my ISP and signal strength.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

This build is mostly from scratch, as I have been a handheld console boy my whole life. I'm planning to buy all at once sometime this summer from late June to mid August. I do know somebody from my church who has offered to set me up with some good spare parts he has, but I'd need to reestablish communication with him first. My parts list and budget will update if he can set me up New keyboard and mouse would be nice.

With the Laptop I'm currently using, I've hooked up an early 2000s apple keyboard I cleaned and the mouse is a redragon centrophorus from 2012. The mouse is fine, but the keyboard is sub-optimal, so I would like to replace both just for consistency's sake.

Of spare parts, I currently have my dad's Apple Desktop Tower from 2001ish disassembled, the only salvageable parts of which are maybe the ram and hard drive (although, being from 2001, I doubt they would be useful in the modern era of PCs) and I'm not sure if I can use the case, but would like to if I can save money doing so.

The Monitors I currently have are a 28" 1080p TV with a refresh rate of almost 60hz and a 16" 1600x900 monitor at 720p 60hz. I would like an upgrade to the monitor. Ideally, the upgrade would be 1440p 60hz with a size of 16"-24", but I'm willing to flex if I need something larger. Speakers, Headphones, and Gaming equipment wise, I'm set so no gaming peripherals necessary other than the aforementioned keyboard and mouse.
