Looking at task manager I see Antimalware Service Executable using 10-20% of my CPU (5700X) constantly. The only way to get it to stop is to turn off real time protection in Windows Defender, but I still want antivirus protection. This is much higher than my other systems, and I don't know why it's happening or how to fix it. I'm using Windows 11, with the latest updates. I'm not sure when it started, but it wasn't happening when I first setup my PC a few months ago.
