  • I already have / am keeping the RAM, the Motherboard, the PSU, the Sata SSD, the Wifi Card, the windows liscence and the fans from my old case
  • No peripherals needed
  • Going to buy the parts in the next week or so
  • I play games at 1080p with a single monitor and want to play at around 90FPS+ atleast and hopefully 120FPS+ at medium-high settings, I'm not interested in ray-tracing at the moment but want to look into 1440p monitors in the future, I want the PC to be 'good' for the next 2 years
  • I'm just looking for any tips/advice/consultation on the upgrade list and whether I should change any parts, look out for potential problems etc...
  • I'm already aware that I have to update BIOS and that I will still have to run PCIE gen 3.

Can you update with parts you already have?  It would help us not to suggest corrections on items you own already.

Please tell you're not buying Windows for $200 freaking dollars.

The first PCPartpicker list says "upgrading from:" so I assumed it was clear from that but I will change it to increase clarity. I'll also edit the post to mention parts I already have

We don't exactly compare the two lists and make notes like it's an audit 🙂
