Pc Crack Noise

Hi,

 

Recently my pc has been making a crack noise when turning on and also when pc is on.

 

I noticed that i happens every often like every 10 minutes.

 

From my testing it is not the case fans and the cooler fans.

 

I think it is the fan of PSU or one of the fans of the GPU.

 

specs below. I also attached a video of the noise below

Case: Corsair 7000D airflow 4 140 fans brand new 

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-9700K Processor

Cooler: Corsair H100i RGB

MB: Asus Prime z390A

GPU: ROG STRIX 1080

RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance 

PSU: Cooler Master Masterwatt 750 Bronze

just test the fans by holding at the hub to keep them from spinning on the GPU

i just tested it out still the same sound. i think the psu or one of the hard drives but i don't think drive can make that sound. also sound seems coming from back of the pc

Water pumps can make noise as well.

Unplug the HDD, and boot from an SSD do you have the same issue?
Do you have a PSU you can swap?

The sound could be a spark in the PSU, maybe a capacitor charging up then shorting then charging up and so on, over a priod of time.

just tested boot from SSD still the same.

sadly i dont have another PSU to test on.

That is what im thinking im also worried that if the psu i also can damage other parts.
