Technically the ender 3d v2 BUT be prepared to put a lot of work into maintenance, upgrades and calibration basically always.

Enders don’t print great without heavily  modding them too. Would say Prusa is the bottom end of printers for a good experience without TOO much tinkering. By the time you’ve got a cheaper FFF printer up to standard you’ve spent as much as you would have on a better printer.

If you’re going cheap and cheerful I’d go resin based rather than FFF. Anycubic are alright I believe.

Exactly this.

It's why I almost smashed my ender into the street out of sheer frustration.

Got a prusa and I am NEVER going back to the piece of shit the ender was.

For it's price it's nice if you want to get into 3d printing as a hobby.

However if you want to use it as a printer to only make things the bottom tier is a prusa. Or a cheap anycubic resin printer.

WARNING the resin one you want to put in a garage, laundry room,... any room you ARENT in when it's working as the resin those printers use release toxic fumes so the room has to be very well ventilated and you shouldn't be there.
