PC Randomly Crashes and Restarts

My pc randomly crashes. Doesn’t matter what I’m doing. I could just be watching Hulu with just the chrome tab open and it’ll crash and then restart like I just hit the reset switch.

I have swapped out PSU 3 different times (with cables for each psu I’ve tried)

 

Specs:

Ryzen 3600

MSI Radeon 5700xt

Asus x570-plus (wifi)

32gb (2x16) Corsair vengeance 3600 mhz

Samsung 970 Evo

Did both and still having crashes

I have XMP enabled with asus bios via their D.O.C.P. Mode or setting or whatever you wanna call it
