Hello! My English is not so good. But will try to explain my best what kind of problem I have.

I have bought a used graphics card on December 26th an XFX rx 6900 xt. Already in the first week I had this problem. When I start the computer and log in or when I start a game. Sometimes it comes after I've been playing for a few hours too. When that happens, the screen becomes completely white or gray brown depending on the screen you are using. and I can't use the mouse, the keyboard or that I can hear anything and I don't get a code or numbers. Only way to remove it. To restart the computer on the pc case. Even if I restart the computer, I can get the same problem when I log in directly. Have also given the computer to a computer repair shop and they could not find the problem. I'm really tired of this. Please can someone help me.

did you or the PC shop try a DDU and full reinstall of the GPU drivers?

Do you mean reinstall the gpu software? If so, yes, I have 4x time.

What GPU did you upgrade from? and DDU is not just reinstallment of the GPU drivers, it removes all the old drivers as well from previous cards to remove complications.

I had a msi 1050 ti low profile before. But I have reset the whole computer and install 2-3 times and drivers and get the same problem. I don't know what has happened to my computer now. Today after logging in I get the problem again and again. The computer is being reset while you read the text. But will DDU help after you have reset the computer?

I didn't really understand what he meant. Should you have finished installing drivers and open it up to the graphics card for DDU, or should you just install drivers. And which choice should I choose in DDU.
