Recommendations for CPU Coolers

I want recommendations for my CPU cooler. The CPU is a Ryzen 7 5700x;and it must be under £45 preferably; and should be compatible (clearance) with 2 sets of: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory (CMK16GX4M2D3600C18) - PCPartPicker ram. Preferably also a UK seller, so no import tax, inflation or what not.
