Win600 usb device not recognized mouse and controller switch

got my win600 today and installed one game mouse and controller switch worked fine i played the game for like an hr or so shut it down go to use it like 4 hrs latter and just get
usb device not recognized when switching it from mouse to controller or controller to mouse

and in device manger it says Device Descriptor Request Failed  did a windows update and still have the problem checked there site downloaded a driver pack but there is no driver in there for mouse/controller
 

i have contacted the seller but that could take a couple of days to get a reply what can i do

does the device have software? if it does try to reinstall the software to see if it fixed it self

if not then then there 2 posibilities
1. windows not supporting the device fully, i personally haven't use handheld but i would probably try to reinstall windows and install all the needed software from fresh since that's what i do to all device i just bought
2. firmware issue, if windows reinstall doesnt work try to reinstall firmware for the device, sometimes firmware can fix issue or cause an issue so try to update to latest firmware or if you on latest firmware try to install previous version
