PC shut down when waking from sleep

For around 2 weeks now my pc has been shutting down when I try to wake it up from sleep. I used sleep mode a lot beforehand so it sucks I can't use it anymore. I tried finding answers online but none have come to fixed it.

- I've removed and reconnected my GPU
- I've changed all power settings to default
- I've uninstalled the latest windows update
- I've uninstalled my GPU drivers with DDU and got it redownloaded
- I've turned c-state off
- I downloaded the latest BIOS update as well as GPU drivers

None of these fixed the problem. This seemed to have happened after a Windows update, but even after I uninstalled it, nothing worked. My last ditch effort is to reset Windows 10 but I don't have much hope at this point. I was wondering if someone can help me find a fix.
