So the problem I ran into recently is f-ing me up. I have an RTX 3070 FE card, ryzen 5 5500, 16gb of ram and a 750w 80+ gold psu. I've been playing recently (TLOU) and all of the sudden the game crashed. I checked the temps and the highest was like 78-79 so overheating was clearly not a problem. After that tried starting another game (Far cry 6) and noticed that the game crashed instantly after loading the world. I just turn around and then it stopped working. I tried different games, like CSGO and Minecraft too and it crashes every time. I noticed that the gpu is making a weird sound before the game crashes. It is like a buzzing, and not a high pitch sound unlike coil whine.

It's worth to mention that the PC did not get any blue screen, and it did not overheat under any of the cases. I tried reinstalling the nvidia drivers. Tried even an older driver. It didn't help. Tried removing the ram sticks, also didn't help. So as you can see I'm clueless rn.

P.S. The OS I'm using is win10 (the latest version)

Here's a video from the sound, use headphones to hear it better: https://youtu.be/maJsLl9fMCc

And down there is a screenshot I took in MSI afterburner, where you can see where the GPU has spikes, which indicates a crash in the game:
