USB getting disconnected and reconnected while playing heavy games. All my usb ports just turn off and then after seconds connect back up. Only while playing like Warzone 2 or Cyberpunk.

I bought new motherboard z690 Z690 GAMING X DDR4  rev 1.  Any ideas on how to fix

I followed this topic because my gamepad also had exactly same issue despite being on AMD platform.

Things I found that did NOT solve the issue:

1. Uninstall then reinstall chipset driver

2. New gamepad

3. Change the USB port, from front then to 3 different rear USB ports

Fix that only works 50/50 the time. Plug the gamepad, then put PC on sleep. Wake up and the play the game.

Windows 10

Ryzen 5 3500x

Gigabyte B450M

RX 5700 XT

FSP HV 500 watt PSU

Gamepad gladius GX-1 (I have 2 on hand).

Thanks for the tip

Problem is that I don't use a gamepad.

I just play normally and suddenly all my peripherals flash and the keyboard/mouse turns off, I can also hear loud white noise in earphones.
