As high as itll clock

Just run furmark in the background and start clocking

As for increments doesnt matter, i usually switch between 100 and 50mhz increments since if you apply and it doesnt start artifacting or outright crash you immedeatly raise the freq and repeat till it starts artifacting or outright crashes

Same thing for vram though beware to not clock it too high otherwise itll look fine but actually running abit slower than a lower freq due to ecc having to correct the errors, for this id just clock it till artifacting or crash, then id run at the highest freq with no artifacting/crashing and check a benchmark like unigine heaven/superposition for fps, then run 100mhz lower clock to see if it improves or not, if it improves repeat till it stops improving/gets worse
