Excel and web outlook copy&paste issue. Need help

It was working just a two days ago and I already spend the whole day checking the settings but nothing has work. Basically, our company is using outlook and sharepoint. The issue is that I can't seem to copy and paste a table properly with format.

 

This is a sample of what the date should look like

But when I copy and paste it, it look like this

I watch and read almost every guide in google, nothing work. However what I found out is that I can copy&paste those with "regular" numbers.

But every time I copy and paste those with name and percentage, it won't work

Does anyone have an idea?

Could be because of using the "web" version of each. They are limited in features which may be a factor.
