troublshoot pc restarts when gaming and installing games at the same time

You might be pulling more power than your 600w PSU can handle when the GPU gets going and the CPU is handling the install at the same time.

my cpu only pulls 30 and 45 watts when I game

you should be able to download and game at the same time, given an acceptable network speed, is that what you are talking about?

 

I'm imagining you clicking "install" on some .exe and then launching some game while it works, and you shouldn't do that.

when I'm installing a game I go to play a game and when I load in the game my pc shutdown and reboots

Maybe don’t play while you install games? I can’t imagine it’s gonna be a common occurrence after you are done installing them.
