My i5 11400H has clocked upto 13,000 Mhz\1 Insane...

The CPU turbo's officially to 4.5 yet I have captured it at 13Ghz! It has been captured in CPUID HARDWARE MONITOR.

Anyone else got any screenshots of their crazy clocks?

Bit of a tech guy, converted to PC's when consoles did not entertain me enough, the last console being an Xbox, was fun with Halo multi-play though. But  the want to discover, to test, to learn more about computers drove me to levels I had never known...

Some GPU's I have had, 8800GTS 384MB, 7800GT, GEFORCE 4 MX440, 250GTS,  770 GTX, 1650 GTX, RTX 3050 Plus many other GPU's over the years...

The respect I have for LMG is massive like a black hole, sucking in all the knowledge, I watch their awesome video's, their knowledge is like that of a God. Seriously some say they are number 1 in the whole wide world. LMG is like the INTEL fabrication plant. Beaming with technology goodness...

HWMonitor has issues with modern hardware, you should use HWINFO64 instead. It's a software glitch.

I have a screen shot somewhere if task manager reporting 40GHz+, can't find it though.

It may just be misreporting. I've also had that same issue occur with CoreTemp where my i7-10710U would clock up to 15GHz and wouldn't go below 2.1 GHz. It's likely that something got multiplied by 3, just like it was the case with me. That got fixed after an update from CoreTemp

HWMonitor also has had some power reporting issues. Like when my i7-9700 pulled 500 kW peak with 400 kW of peak memory power consumption and like 450kW of iGPU power consumption lol. But I've noticed that it only ever went that high after my PC had been to sleep

Funny enough I had updated CPUID before this the clocks were incorrect, after the update they were more true. I was thinking some kind of glitch in it. But still if it shows and reports you got the proof in screens. 🙂 Now if I do some random game testing and get mad speeds then wayhey! If not no problem anyway. 🙂

That's crazy! 40Ghz the beast! aha! Actually I'll try the 64 version and see how it goes. Thumbs up..

This looks real sweet man, got some real design, updating to latest and will test it out over this week.
