It's not new. If it's new it should be in a sealed box with all the cables included.

Take a multi meter and measure the pins on the PSU sockets. Maybe Corsair type 3 or Seasonic pinout would match.

So I got a band new Kolink 850W 80 PLUS Bronze Semi-Modular PSU, but it needs the modular cables, and I'm new to Modular PSU, so I was thinking are the cables universal ? and what ones could i use if they are not any help would be awesome!

Modular PSU's will come with all required cables. The Kolink Semi Modular comes with the required cables 🙂
What exact Kolink PSU did you buy? There is one on the PSU Tier list that is under Avoid.

Modular cables are not interchangeable. You would need cables that are specifically compatible with that power supply. Kolink isn't a huge PSU brand so you may have some trouble finding replacement cables.

If you bought the power supply brand new it should include all of the cables...? Does it not come with enough for what you need or did you get no cables at all for some reason?

No, cables are not universal and must not be mixed. Use the ones you get with it.
