Slight GPU Overclocking problem!

Can't overclock, tried alot of things, Nothing seems to get it to work.

Using an AMD Radeon HD 8790m with a i7-4800MQ.

Any fixes or is it just completely locked forever?

I couldn't even get it to undervolt!

(Note, I'm using Dells GPU drivers because the official drivers bluescreen.)

It seems important that you the reader should know that im using the adrenalin drivers.

Did you try with Adrenalin ? I suppose it's so old it's not even supported by Afterburner...or it hasn't any OC/UV ability being a laptop card

Why would you do that anyway ? It's like trying to install a turbo on a snail

I won't be upgrading in a century, I just have the old drivers too. @PDifolco

If thats the case maybe try an older msi afterburner version

I mean those big turbo honda d14-16 exist and come close or outright slay supercars in acceleration
